Alex works on the understanding that clarity does not require excess. Most people receive exactly what they need within a 30-minute session. If more time is genuinely required, it is available, but it is never assumed.
Because a great deal of information often comes through in a short amount of time, clients are encouraged to record their sessions. Hypnosis is a trance healing and wellness modality practiced since the time of our ancestors by shaman or one who carries medicine wisdom. Hypnotherapy has been used as a successful method of personal change in the western world with advancement over the past hundred years through the works of Milton Erickson in the 1950’s.
A hypnotherapist acts as the client’s subconscious mind’s ‘tour guide’. The objective is to sleuth internal conflicts or blocks which prevent peak performance all the while supporting the client’s expectations and goals. This is accomplished by utilizing the client’s own attributes while reinforcing positive suggestions. The client’s subconscious only accepts information of congruent standards and compatible definitions. The secret is your mind alone is responsible for creating change.
