Alex works on the understanding that clarity does not require excess. Most people receive exactly what they need within a 30-minute session. If more time is genuinely required, it is available, but it is never assumed.

This allows you to revisit the insights later, reflect more deeply, and take the guidance away with you without the pressure of trying to remember everything in the moment.
