A typical session is 1.5 to 2.0 hours although you are not hypnotized for that length of time. Your informed consent is required and during this process we discuss the pertain points of hypnosis, what it is or is not, how it can assist you to create meaningful change and if hypnotherapy is a good fit for what your goals and expectations are.
